It was close to the bus / train stations. The staff were nice and very helpful.
Firstly this hotel is cheap and basic. You get what you pay for. The room I was in, the hand basin leaked. Constant leak from the bidet, without using it. The drain could not cope with the amount of water coming out of the shower head so I had to keep turning off the shower to save a flood. The double glazed doors to the balcony did not shut and lock correctly so the noise from the street was very loud. Breakfast included in the price of the room, coffee, which was good, some sort of juice and a packet of biscuits, brought to your room as there is no dinning room. There are no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

the hotel was a right place for enjoying a historic area, next to bus station, the train stations and the bus stations and piazza del plebiscito to chiaia.

The older man that worked there was nice, the rest of the staff made u feel like a burden to get help.
Not a good place to stay unless u are on a serious budget.. In a shady part of town... Not the nicest town in the first place. Couldnt wait to leave... that and one of the staff moved our stuff from one room to another with out our permission because they gave us the wrong room.

It was great time in Naples. The location was particularly good and marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. We was surprised at nearby Pasticceria Carraturo Vittorio, they had some goodies, drinks.
Well, the area was very unsafe overall.

The only thing in its favour was that it was very handy for the station and next door to an excellent pizzeria.
Staff spoke very little English. Tried to ask for a non-smoking room but the hotelier just removed the ash tray. Breakfast (delivered to the room) was just palatable - coffee was cold and powdered fruit drink. Brioche had been microwaved! However when I requested milk the second morning they did oblige (we had brought our own cereal just in case!). Our time was made up by the excellent Sightseeing Tour Bus. Unless you are on a very tight budget I wouldn't really recommend. Its OK for a couple of nights and worked out cheaper than a hostel.

Title: Freshly renovated room, perfect for a quick stay near the train station. Google reviews almost scared me, but no scam here! Had a clean room, breakfast included coffee and croissants, nothing special, but good!

The location of the hotel is very convenient: very close to Naples central station. My room was clean (and consistently cleaned every day). And what I liked most of all about the hotel: it's cheap. Probably one of the cheapest hotels you'll find in Naples.
The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy (but then again, almost all of Naples is dodgy). It would have been nice if the staff spoke a little bit more English. At night you can hear a fair amount of noise from the streets quite clearly. It didn't bother me, but it might be problematic if you're a very light sleeper.

The room was so cozy and comfortable with premium bedding and a laptop-friendly workspace. I loved the free WiFi and the fact that it had a private bathroom with all the toiletries and a hairdryer. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

Our family had a wonderful time exploring the Port of Naples and Molo Beverello Port. The kids were thrilled to see the colorful boats and bustling activity. It was a great spot to enjoy some gelato and take in the beautiful waterfront views.
My children wanted a playground nearby for some downtime between sightseeing.
